Returns
We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
Free from stains, odors, or damage
In original condition and packaging
With original tags attached (if applicable)
Items returned that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Customized or personalized products
Limited edition drops
Clearance or sale items
Gift cards
Digital products or downloadable content
Worn or washed merchandise
Because some ADHD3 products are made specially for you, certain items may also be print-on-demand and non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
Need a different size or received the wrong item? We’ve got you ✨
Exchanges are available for eligible items based on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be offered instead.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
Photos of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will work quickly to replace the item or issue an appropriate refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by ADHD3.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The item arrived damaged
The wrong item was sent
The product is defective
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as ADHD3 is not responsible for lost return packages.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production or shipping begins, orders cannot be canceled.
Late or Missing Refunds

Contact your credit card company or payment provider
